What to do when card Exchange software is not opening.


Possible Reasons:

1) Software Removed

2) Corrupted Application Files 

3) Authorization 



Solution :

1) What to do in case of software removal.


Try to collect the serial no of the Card Exchange and find the right version of the software and download a fresh copy of the software and install it. or contact customersupport@smartworld.ae



2) What to do in case of corrupted application files.


Removing your CardExchange Producer AppData may be able to resolve issues when it comes to corrupted or poorly configured User.config files. This process is also helpful for resetting the application to a state similar to the default way it is installed as when the user.config files are missing, CardExchange will attempt to create new ones that may work better and resolve any issues you may be having. 


1. Close the Card exchange application.


2. Open the card exchange application folder found in the location                                             "C:\Users\USERNAME>\AppData\Local\CardExchange_Solutions" or you can use the Run App       and Type "AppData" and go inside the local folder.      

3. Clear the contents inside CardExchange_Solutions. 

  • Now you can open the application. 



        Note: This solution resets user configuration. On starting the application, please configure your                   software, choose the printer and other accessories connected and adjust the view page. 


3) Authorization 

    

-- Enable the Rights to Particular user to access the software and application files ( to DATA folder in Public Documents)

-- Check there is no restrictions from the Anti-Virus software installed or it not blocking the software application.
